Caliber Collision

I brought my 2023 Chrysler 300 to Caliber Collision for repairs and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. John handled my vehicle and he was fantastic to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, provided clear updates, and made sure everything went smoothly. The repair work itself is top-notch. The car looks perfect, the paint match is flawless, and it drives beautifully. It is rare to find this level of professionalism and customer service. If you want the job done right, ask for John at Caliber Collision in Athens GA. Highly recommended!!!

A metal piece on the highway completely obliterated my car and it had to be towed to the collision center, over at Athens, to see if we could even fix it. Went in thinking this is gonna be a total loss and then I met Mr. John. This man is absolutely incredible. He is so efficient and his communication skills are top-tier. As somebody who works in the hospital, we need this man in our hospital too! But Mr. John made sure to update me every single time something changed. He even went out of his way to leave the building and go find an individual who was not responding to me at the dealership across the street. Mr. Johnny is the only reason Progressive stepped it up and started responding back to me because they were telling me this car was a total loss and Mr. John was telling them well we can do these options but they weren’t responding to him! He put on his top gun Maverick helmet and he got the job done! I have never experienced such amazing hospitality, especially from a car center. I know you are loved very much in the environment that you work in Mr. John, but I can definitely see you as the mayor of a town. Thank you for everything that you did to help me and thank you for hav

We needed work done after an accident. Johnny was super helpful and easy to work with. They got it in right away and got it done quickly. The work was great. You can’t even tell there had been damage. They sent text messages keeping me updated which was amazing. They even washed and vacuumed my van when it was all done.

Sloppy, mediocre work. My car was there for an inspection only because I didn’t trust the shop and when I call to check they took it apart ordered parts and took a month with it. Every week o call to get an update ha asked me what color I wanted the grill. The I go pick it up; gaps mis align, missing parts damage parts. SLOPPY WORK! I told the dude I can do better at my house.
